Editing & Deleting Expenses

Table of Contents  > Time & Sales Screen > Fixed-Price Items & Expenses > Editing & Deleting Expenses

If you are not currently on the Time & Sales screen, you can access it by clicking the Time & Sales tab. Under Daily History, click the Expenses Tab. You will see all of your expense history. Locate the record you would like to edit. You can use the Filtering/Searching/Sorting feature to locate it, if you don't see it near the top of the list.

Once you've located the record you wish to edit, click the Pencil Icon . Notice that the details of this record now appear at the top of the screen in the Time & Sales section. Make whatever changes you wish to make to the entry, and click Save Changes.

To delete the expense, simply click the trashcan icon at the end of any row.
