If you are not on the Time & Sales Screen, click the Time & Sales Tab in the top toolbar. Under the History section, click the Fixed Price Item Tab. If you see a Load Button appear on either one of these tabs, simply click it.
A Load Button appearing on any screen means an administrator chose to block this screen from pre-loading data. This is a performance setting intended to enhance the overall speed of this screen.
Depending on whether you want to view fixed-price items for a particular worker or for all of your workers, select the appropriate worker option in the Filter form. See the next section Filtering/Searching/Sorting for more information.
